January 2017 was a strong month although a small reduction from total sales of 2016. Buyers are having to practice patience as the listing inventory is down 36 percent from last year with a total number of listings at 146 at the beginning of the month. The average active listings since 2002 is 259 listing with a peak of 524 and a valley of 111.
